Booking Desk AI is built by AggAiLabs Software Solutions Pvt Ltd — the Pune-based team behind FreighAI, the agentic AI operations platform for freight forwarders. We say that up front because it matters: this site goes deep on one workflow — the customer’s yes becoming a booked job — and the depth comes from running that workflow live on real forwarders’ desks, not from market research.

Booking is its own discipline. The go-ahead arrives as “ok pls proceed” on a two-week-old thread that quotes nothing. The job order it triggers is the operational and financial spine of the shipment — documents, customs and billing all inherit its fields, so a JO born wrong stays expensive for its whole life. And every booking carries three clocks — SI, VGM, gate-in — that a terminal will not renegotiate. Generic automation treats all of this as edge cases; for a forwarder it is simply Tuesday. We built the desk that knows the difference.

The founding team — Chinmay and Saurabh Aggarwal — are DPIIT-recognised (DIPP232097), bootstrapped, and have kept one rule through every release: the desk reads, matches, builds and drafts first — and a human approves everything that leaves the building. Freight runs on trust; software for freight should too.
